Buying and Renovating Summerhouses
I am in a situation where I need financial advice on what the best way financially to do the following is.
I will be made redundant fairly soon and will have redundancy pay for around a year, which could be paid in a lump sum or as monthly instalments. I plan to start a company to buy, renovate and sell summerhouses, and we have bought a property privately to start with already.
If I set up a company then this will not have an income unless I charge myself for the work that I am doing. Or should the company buy the house from us (quite difficult as it has no money within itself to buy from us)?
When we have completed the renovation the plan is to sell it to fund a new project. What reavinst skatt would we have to pay? I would also like to pay arbetsgivaravgifter and skatt so that I can keep the company to drive further property developments. Would this be paid after the reavinst skatt for the sale?
Is there a better way to drive this kind of company, an AB etc? (I will need to be self-employed to keep my children full time in dagis).
Any replies would be gratefully recieved, I understand Swedish but am not great at writing it) and I would also be willing to pay for a more detailed answer.
