Hi,

I am resident of Sweden. I sold property in Bulgaria and Iam taxable there for the profit of selling.

There is tax treaty between Sweden and Bulgaria for avoiding double taxation. 

Should I be taxed in Sweden or not for profit I made of selling?

Hi,

Since you are a resident in Sweden the profit is going to be taxed in Sweden also. To avoid double taxation Sweden should deduct the Bulgarian tax.
