Sorry, question in English but do understand Swedish so reactions pao Svenska vaelkomna
I used to live in but officially moved away from Sweden 2006 (informed skatteverket). Have been resident and paid (world income) tax in Portugal 2007, 2008, 2009.
Moved earlier this year to UK where I'm now resident and taxpayer. Did not inform Swedish tax agency since I'd been resident in Portugal for several years.
Sold shares in Swedish stiftelse 2009.
Swedish tax agency wants 30% of that
AND SEK 2k for late declaration.
1. Is it correct that because I've already paid tax over my world income in Portugal that Sweden should not tax me?
2. If yes (Q1). How (what form/channel/procedure) to use to claim back tax already withheld by Swedish tax agency?
3. Do I need to accept SEK 2k for late declaration?
